A lady with no previous criminal history suffered from depression and anxiety. She then committed fraud to the value of $155,000. (Large scale) The offences were out of character. Outcome: No jail. Community based outcome concentrating on getting her life back in order.
Policewoman with 40 counts of unlicensed driving avoids conviction
A senior Constable of the Victoria Police with 40 counts of Unlicensed Driving has avoided licence loss, received no conviction or fine, and was placed on a good behaviour bond.
Over the limit, keeps licence
A second time drink driver with a reading of 0.108% gets good behaviour bond and no conviction. He was lucky not to lose his licence!
Rock Star escapes jail
Ex Daddy Cool star stays out of jail for third drink driving offence, careless driving & driving whilst disqualified.
Russian Waterpolo hockey captain
Russian Waterpolo hockey captain & world champion avoids conviction for dishonesty related offences. He was lucky to avoid a criminal conviction!
